When will MISSION become STUDIO ONE Portsmouth?

February 1, 2025 will be the first day that the Portsmouth studio operates as STUDIO ONE. You will be seeing STUDIO ONE team members at MISSION before that date as we prepare the transition. 

Can I use both locations?

Yes. Once Portsmouth studio transfers to the STUDIO ONE booking app both locations will be available to ALL ACCESS MEMBERS. This will take about four weeks.

Will the studio be closed for the transition?

No. There might be a minor adjustment in schedule, but we will notify you ahead of time.

What app will I use to book my classes?

Nothing will be changing for either members right away. Once the Portsmouth studio transfers to the STUDIO ONE app, we will let you know. 

What happens to my existing class packs I purchased through Mission?

Those classes will be available and can be booked through MINDBODY or the MISSION app and will then transfer over to the STUDIO ONE app. MISSION class packs purchases in 2025 will expire 3 months after the transition. Previously purchased classpacks are valid through December 2025. 

Will my monthly membership automatically renew after the transition?

Yes, your January monthly renewal will be executed by Mission and your February renewal will then be automatically taken over by STUDIO ONE. For Dover members, nothing will change. 

What will the new monthly membership price be?

Portsmouth members will receive an email with pricing information.

For Dover members, nothing will change.

What will the schedule be like after the transition?

For Portsmouth members, all classes at MISSION until the end of January, will be scheduled and published by MISSION. Through the end of February the schedule will largely remain the same with a few additions or adjustments.

Who will be teaching at the Portsmouth location?

The Portsmouth team is staying on - we’re thrilled to embrace them into the Studio One family! Our goal is to fully integrate our Portsmouth & Dover teams together in months to come.

Are all types of classes going to be available at both studios?

No. Barre, TRX and Row classes will be only available in Portsmouth.

Cycle, yoga, pilates, + strength classes will be available at both.
