Sundays at 5PM is when our schedule releases for the week! We release our classes one week at a time to allow for consistency as well as the opportunity to book yourself one week at a time to stay accountable.

If you see a waitlist- join it! You’ll almost always get in. If waitlists stress you out- become a PRO MEMBER and leave the stress behind with 2 week early access spot booking! Email inf@studioonecycling.com with any questions.

Yes! We have showers in both of our locations available for use.

Non-member rental fee: $2

Because of our limited spots, we have a late-cancelation window of 8 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel your spot inside the 8 hours leading up to the start of class, your account will be charged a late-cancelation fee of $10 or a loss of class credit. If you fail to cancel your spot and also do not show up to the class, your account will be charged a No-Show fee of $25 or a loss of class credit.

No stress! There are plenty of spots when you arrive in both locations.

Shoes are complimentary for members.

Non-member rental fee: $2 (first class is complimentary)

And yes - our bikes are compatible with Peloton shoes, SPD clips, + Look Delta clips.

Our instructors will curate specific playlists based on various themes which could consist of a specific musical artist, genre, decade, or any other creative theme they can come up with!

Themed classes are for all modalities! You’ll find them on our schedule specified.

Waitlists occur when a class fills up and there are no more available bikes or mats to book.

Don't be afraid to join the waitlists as our class rosters move around so much! Every time a member drops out of the class, our system will automatically add the next person on the waitlist into the class and you'll be notified via email or text! So keep your eyes on your inbox and expect to be added to the class if you're on a waitlist.

Our studio will contact you directly if a spot opens up within the last hour leading up to class to check if you can make it and then continue to work down the list to try to fill the spot.

If you remove yourself from a waitlist, there is no penalty or charge associated, and same with if you are never added to the class, there is no loss of credit or penalty associated, it simply disappears!

You can cancel your reservation right in the app! If you click on the class you are signed up for, you will be prompted to cancel your reservation.

Keep in mind our 8-hour cancelation policy.

If you would like to sign up a guest, all you'll need is their email address to reserve a bike or mat.

How it will work is this— once you have booked a bike or mat for yourself, go back into the same class and select "book for a guest". Once prompted, enter your guests email address and the spot will be held for them!

All first time guests- please arrive to the studio early so we can set up their account and their bike (if for cycle) properly!

There are early termination fees associated with terminating a contract early, and all memberships require a 30- day notice to cancel once outside the contract term.

Absolutely not! We love welcoming first timers into our studio as we pride ourselves on being the perfect place to start your fitness journey! There is no experience required and all we want is for you to show up exactly as you are. We will take care of the rest!

We don't offer a beginner class and this is intentional, because all of our instructors are trained to create an experience that is approachable and safe for a new member, while also offering a challenging workout for the more experienced one. You are truly in control of how hard the class can be!

We do, however, offer a FOUNDATIONS class for Cycle, which is perfect for those looking for an introduction to the bike, positioning, choreography and to level up their ride. These classes are Free and pop up on the schedule every so often.

Nope! Anyone under the age of 18 will need to sign a waiver from a parental guardian and be properly measured to fit the bike (if for cycle) safely. All ages come into our space and we hope we can be a welcoming environment for you, regardless of your age!

Yes! You can purchase our gift cards online or on the Studio One Cycling App and they will be emailed to the recipient of your choice. Please contact info@studioonecycling.com if you have questions involving gift cards. We do have physical gift cards in-studio.
