Studio One is a perfect example of why I don’t believe in coincidences. I’m originally from Washington State, went to grad school in Connecticut, and somehow ended up in New Hampshire being introduced to this amazing community at exactly the time in my life when I needed it most. From my very first ride here, this place challenged what I thought was possible in life, and it introduced me to riders and instructors that uplift and inspire me. To this day I still feel like a little kid everytime I come in and get to party on a bike with all my friends in this amazing community.

I’ll always remember just how nervous I was stepping into that first class. It can be so intimidating and scary to step out of your comfort zone and try something completely new. And it’s because I know just how transformative this place can be that I want to help demystify rhythm cycling, lower the intimidation factor, and meet you where you are on your journey. Whether it’s your first class or your 500th, I want to celebrate you and I want to challenge you to embrace doing the thing that scares (and excites) you the most. I promise you it is exactly the thing that scares you the most that will make you feel the most alive.
