In my very first class, I was at the lowest point of my life - and as a stranger, Katy came up to me, not knowing anything but my name and said “if you don’t like the life you are living, or the person you’ve become - the only person keeping you there is you. You get to write the story, you get to choose.”

I walked out of that studio, chose me & have carried that with me all the way into deciding to audition to be a cycle instructor. I only hope to reach one person and make them feel an ounce of what I did as a first timer.
