
Code of Conduct
Welcome to Studio One! We are committed to providing a positive and inclusive environment for all our members. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask everyone to adhere to the following code of conduct:
Respect for Others and the Space:
Treat all members, staff, and instructors with kindness and respect
Avoid disruptive behavior that may interfere with others’ workouts.
Everyone who walks into our studio is equal and should be treated as such. Treat others the way you wish to be treated.
All person(s) in the cycle room must be reserved on a bike. No members are permitted to sit inside the room on the floor unless otherwise given permission to do so by a Studio One Manager.
Punctuality:
Be on time for class. The studio door will close at the designated start time so if you’re running late, please contact the studio and we’ll make arrangements to minimize disruption if it allows.
We reserve the right to move your bike and give away your reservation 3 minutes prior to the start of class. We reserve the right to deny access to class if running more that 5 minutes late.
Hygiene:
Please arrive at the studio clean and wear appropriate workout attire.
Noise Level:
Skip the cross talk: don’t talk or cause distraction during class.
Keep noise levels to a minimum in all common areas to minimize disruption to others.
Personal Belongings:
All personal belongings must be stored in designated areas and lockers.
The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Personal items should not end up on the cycle room floor.
Cell Phone Usage: cell phones are not allowed inside the cycle room to protect the integrity of the experience.
Silence or set phones to vibrate during classes.
If you need your phone because you’re on call or have an emergency situation, our front desk will hold it for you and come get you in the case of an emergency.
Equipment Usage:
Properly use and return all equipment to its designated place after use.
Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
Health and Safety:
Consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.
Inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect your workout.
Children and Pets:
For safety reasons, children and pets are not allowed in workout areas.
Please make appropriate childcare arrangements before attending classes.
Feedback:
We welcome feedback to improve our services. Please share your thoughts with our staff via email, unless it is an immediate concern.
Please address concerns with a staff member rather than discussing them during classes.
Compliance with Studio Policies:
Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all studio policies.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in membership suspension or termination.
