Cycle

Welcome to the Cardio Party! It’s a dance party on a bike mixed with a little bit of meditation and sweat- it’s just enough to make you lose track of time :)

Water

This 60 minute class is a challenging, athletic vinyasa flow. It is also calming and centering. We will start slowly to warm the body and gradually increase the pace to build heat. Suitable for both advanced practitioners and those new to yoga, Water will challenge you to move with your breath and to be still with your breath. It will ask you to pay attention to your habits of thinking while engaged in something new and difficult, or familiar and practiced. While this class will surely be challenging no matter your level of experience, you will leave feeling calm, renewed and energized. Room is lightly heated.

Fire

Work to better control the way you move. Build stability so that you can start to lift a little heavier in Earth. Fire combines pilates exercises with rhythmic movement for a fun and challenging workout. Class begins with mat-based core work to strengthen the abdominals, glutes, inner thighs and hips before moving into low-impact standing sequences designed to improve balance, stability, coordination and strength. This class is a great workout on its own or an excellent complement to the intensity of both Cycle and Earth. Class is gently heated.

Earth

Let’s. Get. Stronger. There is no downside to building muscle and strength. Weight training can improve bone density, body composition, mobility, and balance. Lifting weights makes you happier, more self-confident, sharper, and less prone to injury. In short: You can become a force to reckon with. Earth is a 45-minute class designed to help you realize your full potential in and out of the studio. Each class will focus on one of the following: Lower Body, Biceps & Back, Triceps, Chest, & Shoulders, or Full Body. Every class incorporates abdominal and plank work as well as a challenge round. There will be a calendar at the beginning of each week so that you can focus your training. Class is gently heated.

Air

Life is full stressors.; Exercise is one of them. When we cycle hard and lift heavy recovery becomes more necessary than ever. While we do practice focused breathing as well as slowly flow and stretch, Air’s main focus is to build strength, control and stability in our joints. Each week we work to increase range of motion and fluidity, improve balance, breathe more mindfully and decompress all while becoming more thoughtful and easy movers. Class is gently heated.
