Cass is passionate about helping you feel your strongest, healthiest, and most confident, both in and out of the studio. Her approach starts with building a solid foundation: your relationship with food. From there, everything else - performance, energy, body composition, and long-term health - can thrive.

Beyond her work here, Cass brings clinical experience supporting people managing diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and cancer, meaning every recommendation is evidence-based and personalized to you.
