MOVEMENT INSTRUCTOR
Hey Studio One!
I teach yoga as a practice of both strength and surrender- it's a way to come home to yourself through breath, awareness, and embodied presence. My classes are steady, grounded, and mindful, blending alignment-based flow with moments of stillness and self-inquiry. I believe yoga is not just about flexibility in the body, but about cultivating resilience and clarity in the mind and heart.
I’ve been studying and teaching yoga for more than a decade, with training that includes over 1,000 hours in vinyasa, hatha, and yin, as well as studies in energy work and sound healing. I serve as a lead facilitator on global 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, where I guide new teachers in weaving together anatomy, philosophy, and authentic presence.
At Studio One, I share yoga as a practice that supports and balances our athletic pursuits, creating a place to restore, lengthen, and reconnect. Whether you come from Cycling, Earth, or Fire, my classes invite you to root down, breathe deeply, and find the quiet power that arises when strength meets surrender.
