Dani started practicing yoga and meditation at the age of 14, and immediately knew it was her dream job. Since her YTT in college, she has taught vinyasa, hatha, power, traditional hot, restorative, yin, breath work and meditation for the last 11 years.
For Dani, teaching yoga has always felt like coming “home”. It’s where she feels the most true to herself. Growing alongside her students and showing them how strong they can be and feel is Dani’s favorite part of teaching. She truly believes there is a type of yoga out there for everybody and every body.
