About the Role
Our front desk team plays a vital role in ensuring every client, especially first-timers, feels at home. From providing warm welcomes to keeping the studio running smoothly, you’ll help create the inclusive and positive atmosphere Studio One is known for.


What We’re Looking For

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ambassador for the Studio One Experience: Greet every client with a smile, answer questions, and ensure they feel welcome and prepared for their class.

  • Operational Support: Check clients in at the front desk.

  • Studio Maintenance: Keep the studio tidy by cleaning bikes, mats, shoes, and towels, flipping rooms between classes, and folding towels.

  • First-Time Client Support: Provide tours of the studio, explain what to expect, and help new riders set up their bikes for a seamless first class.

  • Clean & Organized Environment: Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, showers, and bathrooms to uphold Studio One’s standards.

  • Studio Liaison: Notify management of any equipment issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Now, a few questions…

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and community-oriented team member to join our front desk crew as a Studio One Ambassador on Saturday mornings. Must be available for regular weekend shifts and able to pick up at least 2 additional shifts per month. Flexibility and a team-first attitude are key!
